Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2025
Welcome to Young Soul Events Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing a ticket, booking a session, or attending one of our events, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. About Us
Young Soul Events Ltd is a company based in the North East of England, UK.
Registered business name: Young Soul Events Ltd
Contact email: alex@youngsoulevents.co.uk
We organise and host events, talks, workshops, and one-to-one sessions focused on plant-based living, nutrition, and wellbeing. Some events are run in collaboration with other organisations or facilitators.
2. Booking and Payment
Tickets for our events are sold through Eventbrite, and all payments are handled securely through their platform.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received via Eventbrite.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change.
You may request a refund up to 48 hours before the event unless otherwise stated on the event page.
Refund requests must be made through Eventbrite, in line with their system policies.
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date.
4. Event Conduct
We aim to create inclusive, respectful, and welcoming spaces. We ask that all attendees behave courteously towards others. Anyone acting in a way that causes disruption or distress may be asked to leave, without a refund.
Please arrive on time and follow any instructions given by facilitators or venue staff to ensure the smooth and safe running of each event.
5. Collaborations and Guest Speakers
Many events will feature guest speakers and/or be held in partnership with other organisations. In these cases, we take care to ensure that all content aligns with our values, but we are not responsible for the views or actions of third-party facilitators.
6. Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure our events run safely, attendance is at your own risk.
Young Soul Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for personal belongings or for any injury, loss, or damage not caused by our negligence.
We hold public liability insurance to cover our legal responsibilities during events.
7. Photography and Media
We may take photos or short videos during events for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
We will always inform attendees beforehand, and you can let us know at any time if you prefer not to be photographed or recorded.
8. Data and Privacy
We currently use Eventbrite to manage bookings and payments. Eventbrite’s own privacy policy and terms apply when you register or purchase a ticket through their platform.
We do not store or share personal data outside of Eventbrite at this stage.
If this changes, we will update our privacy policy accordingly.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes. The latest version will always be available on our website.
