Alexandra Young

Founder & Coach

Alex has been vegan for over 9 years and brings both lived experience and professional knowledge to her work. She holds a first-class honours BSc in Food & Nutrition and has a particular interest in helping people feel confident, nourished and energised on a plant-based diet.

Leading an active lifestyle herself, Alex understands the importance of balanced nutrition, not just for health, but for everyday life, movement and long-term wellbeing. Her approach focuses on making nutrition practical, realistic and accessible, cutting through confusion and misinformation without judgement.

Alongside nutrition, Alex is deeply conscious of the impact our choices have on the environment. She supports people to make informed, sustainable decisions that feel achievable and aligned with their values, rather than overwhelming or restrictive.

Alex’s work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based nutrition and the belief that caring for our bodies and the planet can go hand in hand.

Kathy Barley

Coach

Kathy has many years’ experience supporting people to explore healthier eating through a plant-based lifestyle, always meeting people where they are. She previously mentored through a supportive online programme that helps people try plant-based eating for 22+ days, offering daily guidance, encouragement and practical advice for those new to it.

With a deep passion for animals, people and the planet, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge around veganism and sustainability but her approach is always kind, realistic and non-judgemental. She understands that everyone’s journey looks different and offers gentle guidance to help people make informed choices that support their health, wellbeing and values.

Kathy’s aim is simple: to make plant-based living feel accessible, empowering and positive, helping people move towards a lifestyle that feels good for them and for the world around us.
